1 pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. evap. milk
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. broken nuts, if desired
1 c. sieved cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly and stir in evap. milk. Chill until as thick as unbeaten egg whites. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into 8 in. square pan or 5-cup mold. Serves 8.
