Ingredients:
24 oz of caramels
2 tbls of water
2 tbls of butter
6 cups of halved pecans
1 pkg of chocolate almond bark
paraffin I used a half of one block (I think the box comes with 4)
parchment paper (not wax)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels, butter, and water until smooth add pecans and mix thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper (wax paper does not work as well because that caramel is very sticky). Freeze until hard. Melt paraffin and chocolate bark in double boiler then dip caramels into chocolate and freeze again until chocolate hardens. I have used all chocolate bark and 1/2 choc chips and choc bark.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I was working at National Freight trucking company and a lady there by the name of Marilyn made these and I thought they were fabulous.
