Ingredients:
1 lb. cranberries
1 whole orange (with rind)
1 unpeeled apple, cored
2 c. sugar
10 oz. package mini marshmallows
Nuts
1/2 pint unsweetened whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grind, chop in blender or food processor the cranberries, orange, and apple.* Add sugar and marshmallows. Chill several hours, preferably overnight. At serving time, fold in nuts and whipped cream, if desired.

*You may use frozen cranberry relish for a shortcut, and add the apple. Sometimes I add more apples and oranges to the ground mixture.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Would be lovely served in tandem with Watergate Salad on a buffet, since one is pink and the other green. They are a departure from the usual gelatins.
