Ingredients:  
1 c cooked rice
3 c milk
1 T butter
3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and butter to scalding. Lightly beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla. Gradually stir in heated milk. Add milk (raisins are optional). Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 325 about 1 hour, until inserted knife is clean.
