2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers
cupcake papers

Directions:
Directions:
Place papers in muffin tins and put one vanilla wafer at the bottom of each, flat side down. Beat together all ingredients (except filling). Fill papers 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 12-15 minutes, or until set. Chill. (You can freeze them also.) Put spoonful of filling on top of each when ready to serve.
