1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 onion, sliced
1 egg, beaten
6 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mirin

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced chicken and onion in oil. Combine water, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin and simmer a few minutes. Add chicken and onion to sauce and simmer. Pour egg over chicken mixture, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve over rice.
