4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine eggs, pumpkin, oil, and sugar. Add in dry ingredients and stir. Then add in chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake for 1 hour. (time varies with pan size) Makes 3 loaves, or 2 big and 1 small.
