1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 12 muffin cups. Mix all ingredients, batter will be lumpy. Fill cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. sugar over each muffin. Bake 15-20 minutes. Should spring back when touched. Immediately remove from pan and cool on rack or eat.
