3 dried ancho chiles torn in pieces
5/8 cup fresh lime juice
2 c. mayo
5/8 c. packed brown sugar
c. chopped fresh oregano
c. fresh rosemary
1/8 c. ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chilies with boiling water. Let stand until soft (~30 minutes). Drain, reserving c. liquid. Puree chiles,3T soaking liquid, and lime juice. Whisk in mayo, brown sugar, oregano, rosemary, and cumin.
