Ingredients:
1 Flank Steak
1 container of fresh arugula
Marinade (make night before):
cup salad oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. soy sauce
tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
2 T. chopped scallions or chives

Directions:
Directions:
It is important that you make the marinade and actually marinade the steak the night before--the longer you marinade, the more tender the steak.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and place flank steak in a ziploc bag or marinading container; pour in the marinade and marinate overnight.
When ready to prepare--stoke up the grill. Grill meat for 10 minutes on the first side and 8 minutes on the second side. Slice very thin on the diagonal. Put the arugula on a serving platter and place the slices of teak on top. So tender and delish!!!!!

(Note: A great side dish to serve with this, which can be grilled as well for 20-30 minutes (so you will have to start the potatoes earlier than the steak. On a large piece of heavy duty tinfoil, place sliced Yukon gold potatoes, onions seasoned with sea salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil or chunks of butter. Fold and seal the foil and place on grill.
