3/4 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. dried tart cherries, chopped
5 oz. Gruyere cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheets with foil and spray with Pam. Combine water, butter, garlic salt and nutmeg in a saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat and add flour; stir vigorously, until mixture forms a ball. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in cherries.
Drop by teaspoon full on to prepared baking sheets. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Place cheese cube in center of each dough scoop and push down.
Bake for 18 minutes in a 400 oven.
Can be frozen and reheated at 350 for 10 minutes.
