18 Oreos, finely crushed
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg chocolate chunks, melted, slightly cooled
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 if using silver springform pan, or 275 if using dark non-stick springform pan. Mix cookie crumbs and butter and press evenly onto bottom and sides of pan.

Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in large mixer until well blended. Add chocolate and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour over crust.

Bake 1 hr 5 min or until center is almost set. Run knife around edges to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Really quite easy, although it takes a while--but so worth the time. A beautiful, impressive dessert for company, especially if topped with fresh fruit (raspberries go very well).
