1 lb spinach noodles (small sized egg noodles are best)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 lb hard salami, chopped into small pieces
1 small can Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up onion into fine/small pieces. Saute' onion until soft in butter in a small non-stick pan over camp stove.

Chop up hard salami into small pieces.

Boil water and cook noodles until tender. Drain.

While noodles are still hot, stir in sautéed onions, chopped salami and Parmesan cheese.

Can be served hot or cold. If serving cold, can premake at home and keep in cooler until needed.

Serves 8 as a side dish.
