Garlic & herb breadcrumbs
2-4 chicken breasts
Olive oil
Marinara sauce
Shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wash chicken and pull off fat. Pound chicken down to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Pour oil in a bowl and breadcrumbs in another. Coat chicken in oil and then coat with breadcrumbs. Bake in deep pan for 25-30 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese. Return to oven at 400 and bake until sauce bubbles and cheese is brown. Let stand about 10 minutes and serve.
