Juice of 1 lemon
1 bottle Heffenwisen beer
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Stemmed broccoli
Sliced mushrooms
4 sliced garlic cloves
Cornstarch
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the chicken breast and marinade in beer. Heat olive oil in pan and cook the chicken. When chicken is cooked, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until the garlic is good. Add beer and lemon juice and cook down (simmer about 10 minutes). Thicken with cornstarch.
