1 (8-oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, Mediterranean herbs
1 (8-oz.) Feta cheese, plain
1/2 c. whole milk
1/2 c. walnuts, toasted
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
2 bags store-bought pita chips
1 handful Kalamata olives

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the first six ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Adjust the milk to achieve desired consistency. Serve with pita chips and Kalamata olives. Great with veggies & bread. Feta lovers can put this on anything!
