4 c. cooked shredded chicken
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (8-oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 T. poppy seeds
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. Townhouse crackers, crumbled
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water with garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper to taste about 20 minutes. Let cool to debone and/or shred. Combine first 5 ingredients and spoon into lightly greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine crumbled crackers and butter, then sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
