1 c. chopped pecans
18 frozen dinner rolls (I use the brand Rhodes in the freezer )
Small pkg. Butterscotch Pudding (NOT instant)
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Prepare these the night before.
In a greased Bundt or tube pan place the chopped pecans.
Place the frozen rolls in the pan. Sprinkle the rolls with the pudding.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon; pour over the top of the rolls and pudding mixture. Cover pan with waxed paper and allow to rise overnight.

Our family calls this Monkey Bread--and I have no reason for it. Maybe it's because folks get a little wild and crazy when they smell the rolls baking! It is amazing how the pudding turns into the gooiest caramel on the rolls. Delish!
