1 Head lettuce 1 cup celery 6 hard cooked eggs 10 ounces frozen peas 1/2 cup green pepper diced 1 medium onion diced 1 pound bacon cut in pieces and fried 2 cups mayo or miracle whip plus 2 tablespoons sugar 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Cut lettuce into bite size pieces and put into 9" x 13" pan and add all other ingredients in order given. Spread mayo and sugar on top like icing and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Let sit over night in refrigerator.
