1C powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2T water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 4 tablespoons butter until golden brown. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water until icing spreads smoothly. Icing for sour cream drops.
