2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 to 1 cup (2 to 4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the baking mix, milk, and cheese until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until lightly browned.
Mix butter, garlic powder, and parsley and brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Makes about 12 biscuits.
