4 boneless chicken breast 4 slices American cheese 4 slices ham 4 slices Swiss cheese 12 saltine crackers finely crushed 1 egg beaten toothpicks 4 tablespoons butter (or more if needed)
Flatten each chicken breast between 2 pieces of saran wrap or in ziplock bag, add one slice American cheese, ham and Swiss cheese. Roll up and stick with about 3 toothpicks or more if needed. Dip in egg and then in cracker crumbs. Saute in butter for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
