4 4-oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic-minced
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 T. chopped rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add breasts and saute until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.Remove to a plate, reserving oil in pan.
To the same pan, over medium heat, add garlic and saute 3 minutes or until golden. Add lemon juice and wine, and simmer 2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Return chicken to pan, and simmer 3-5 minutes or until cooked through. Add rosemary and cook 1 minute to heat through.
