Ingredients:
3 lg. boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2" chunks
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of wide egg noodles
1 bag of mild cheddar cheese
1 bag of frozen cauliflower or even broccoli chunks
butter
milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Cook noodles as per directions on bag, drain and set aside. In the same pan, you can add your broccoli or cauliflower to the wide noodles while they are cooking that way you only use one pan. It works well for me I hate doing dishes. LOL Cube your chicken breasts and brown them. Add the mushroom soup, milk, your seasonings, 1/2 the bag of cheese to your noodles and broccoli/cauliflower. When chicken is done to your liking drain off fat and add to the pasta mixture. Give a quick stir to blend everything together, then put in a casserole dish. Top with the rest of the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese topping is to your liking.

Personal Notes:
I came up with this while going back and forth to Hershey Medical Center when Sam was in the hospital. Levi is a picky eater but he loves this. I had all this in the freezer and cabinets. Best recipe I ever came up with.
