½ cup margarine or butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 3 cups flour 2 tsps. baking powder ¼ tsp. salt 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together and add to egg mixture. Add milk and vanilla. If the dough is too soft to roll, add a little more flour. Refrigerate dough for about 1 hour. Then roll out dough on a floured board until dough is thin. Cut into shapes. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
