1-16oz pkg. penne pasta
1 8 0z bottle of zesty Italian dressing
2 lrg tomatoes, chopped ( 2 C )
1 ( 7 oz) jar of sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped ( 1/2 C)
2 - (4oz) pkg. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 C. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. capers, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling water according to package. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Combine pasta with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate covered several hours or over night. Add more dressing if it seems dry.
