1C tomato juice
1 C. Quaker Oats (old fashioned, uncooked)
1 egg
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb lean gr. beef

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredient and press into a 8 x 4 inch pan and bake 1 hr. Drain and let stand 5 minutes

This is a great meatloaf and healthy with the oatmeal . Good with garlic mashed potatoes!
