1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/4 cup butter
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic (minced)
1 can beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into thin strips; dust with flour, dash pepper. In large skillet, brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms, drained, onion, and garlic. Brown lightly. Stir in beef broth. Cover; cook about one hour. Stir now and then. Gradually stir in sour cream; cook over low heat five minutes. Serve over noodles.
