1 pound ground beef
6-7 red potatoes- medium size
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/4 or 1/3 cup diced onion
salt
white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 2-quart casserole dish. Then slice into it half of the raw potatoes. Brown the ground beef and onion and drain. Put meat over the potatoes. Salt and pepper it to taste. Add the undiluted cream of chicken soup on top. Add more potatoes to fill dish, add 1 cup or so of milk. Cover and bake at least one hour at 350.
