1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. mil
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the sugar, eggs and salt. Add in the butter, flour milk and 1c. coconut. Pour into a pie shell and sprinkle 1/2 c. coconut on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Store in refrigerator after cooled.
