1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teas. vanilla
1 tables. lemon juice
2/3 cup milk
1/2 teas. salt
2 teas. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix liquid ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8x8 glass dish or round cake pan. Sprinkle the top with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Cut into squares and top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
