6 c. diced apples
2 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. dark raisins
1/3 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. nonfat or reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. nonfat sour cream
1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine the apples, celery, raisins and walnuts. Stir to mix well. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and orange juice to make dressing. Stir to mix well. Combine apple mixture with dressing. Toss to mix well. Cover salad and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
