Black Forest Ham (no. 1 slice)
Eggs
Pesto
Diced tomato
Cheese of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450
Spray oversized muffin tin with Pam
Place ham slices in muffin tin to make a cup
Crack the egg and add on top of ham
Add 1 teaspoon pesto on top of egg
Add 1 tablespoon diced tomato on top of pesto
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake 10 to 12 minutes
