1 (sm.) jar apricot preserves
1 (sm.) bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
6 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apricot preserves, Russian dressing, and onion soup mix. Layer chicken breasts in a casserole dish and pour the apricot mixture over chicken. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 min. Serve over rice.
