Raw shrimp (medium sized), "Old Bay" seasoning, vegetable oil, sour cream, 1 can of chipolte peppers in adobo sauce, corn tortillas, grated jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
First make the sauce: Finely mince one pepper & add to 10 oz of sour cream. Use a fork to push down the remaining peppers in the can, and skim off the adobo sauce into the sour cream mixture. De-vein and clean the shrimp. Put a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Put the shrimp and old bay seasoning in and fry for a few minutes until cooked. Put a little oil in another saucepan to fry up the corn tortillas. Fill the tortillas with the sour cream/chipolte sauce, shrimp, top off with cheese & enjoy! Ay carumba!
