123g butter, softened
2/3 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups S/R Flour
2/3 cup flaked almonds
1/3 cup/ approx raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180c, cream butter,sugar & vanilla essence until light and fluffy, add milk and beat until all combined. Fold through flour and almonds to create a firm dough.
Roll tbsp of mixture into balls, make an indentation in the middle with the handle of a wooden spoon, fill each hole with about 1/2 tsp jam. Bake for 15 mins. Allow to rest on the tray for 1
