700g sebago potatoes
175g pkt bacon roughly chopped
1 red onion cut into wedges
1 3/4 cups grated tasty cheese
1 sheet shortcrust pastry
1/2 cup chunky style tomato salsa
cracked black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1.Peel and cut potatoes into 1cm chunks, cook in boiling water for 3-5 mins. Drain and set aside. Cook bacon and onion in a non-stick pan for 2-3 mins. Set aside to cool, then toss through cheese and potatoes.
2. Thaw pastry and roll pastry piece to a 32 X 36cm and halve. Place each onto a lightly greased baking tray and fold in the edges by 1cm to form a case. Spread salsa evenly between the bases.
3. Divide potato mixture between both. Spray lightly with olive oil and season with pepper. Bake 200C for 15-20 min, or until golden- brown. Cut each tart into three pieces to serve.....
