1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked

Meat Sauce:

1 lb. ground beef, season with salt & pepper
2 cans tomato paste (6 oz.)
4 cans water
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix

Cheese Filling:

1 carton cottage cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (can do half mozzarella and half cheddar)

Meat Sauce:
In large skillet, brown ground beef. Stir in tomato paste, water, and package of spaghetti sauce mix. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Cheese Filling:
Mix together cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. **I add an egg to this mixture.
Lightly grease 9x13" baking dish. Spoon enough meat sauce to cover the bottom; top with strips of cooked lasagna noodles; spread with part cheese filling. Repeat layers ending with cheese mix. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
