1 package jumbo pasta shells,
1 lb. lean ground beef,
1 package taco seasoning mix,
1 c. water,
1 can refried beans,
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese,
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa,
1/4 c. sliced green onions,
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta shells according to package directions, then rinse and drain. Cook beef in a large skillet until brown; drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Cook on low for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add beans and 1 cup of cheese, stirring well. Spread 1/4 cup salsa over bottom of each of two 8" square baking dishes. Fill pasta shells with beef mixture and place half of shells in each dish (filled side up). Pour remaining salsa over shells. Cover dishes with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with green onions and remaining cup of cheese. Serve with sour cream.
