1 boneless pork shoulder
1 medium vidalia/sweet onion
Sauer's original bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and put in crockpot. Remove pork shoulder from bag/netting and rinse. Place on top of onions. Cook on high overnight, turning temperature back to low in morning. Remove meat and allow to cool. Chop meat and remove fat. Drain liquid from crockpot, reserving 1/3-1/2 cup. Mix this reserve with 1/2 cup bbq sauce. Mix meat and sauce in crockpot and keep on low until ready to serve.
