1-1.5 lbs. ground beef
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
2 cups shredded cheese, your preference
Tortilla chips/Frito's scoops

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Put in crock pot on high heat and mix in cubed Velveeta. Add diced tomatoes and shredded cheese. Stir well and frequently until cheese is fully melted, then cut temperature back to low. Serve with tortilla chips or Frito's scoops.

For a spicier version, substitute hot sausage for ground beef. Can also substitute salsa for diced tomatoes. This dip is always a hit!!
