1 c flour
tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
tsp baking powder
2/3c peanut butter
2/3c lightly packed brown sugar
1/2c butter
1/2c sugar
1 egg well beaten

Directions:
Preheat to 350F (180C)

Grease baking sheet

Cream sugars and butter together until fluffy and well blended. Add peanut butter and blend well. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Chill dough for 1 hour. Roll into walnut sized balls. Place on baking sheet. Press with floured fork, once in each direction to make a tic-tac-toe pattern. Cookies will be about 1/2" (1cm) thick when flatten.

Bake 10 - 12 min.
