1c butter,
1/2c sugar or powdered sugar,
2 1/2c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour.
Chill several hours.
Divide in half.
On ungreased cookie sheet pat each half into 7 (15cm) circle
Prick each circle deeply with fork to make 16 pie shaped wedges

Or roll (1cm) thick and cut into strips.

Bake 300F (180C) for 30 min.
