1/4c fresh orange juice
4 tsp veg oil
1T minced scallions
1tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
1/2tsp orange zest
1/4tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk orange juice, oil, scallions, ginger, orange zest, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended or place ingredients in a small jar and shake.
