4 halved large boiled potatoes (still slightly firm best)
3 large boiled carrots
4 boiled eggs
3 large pickles
1 small red onion
(3 thick slices of ham optional)
1 can of peas
mayonnaise
vinegar
spicy brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Dice first 6 ingredients and combine in large bowl. Drain and add peas.

For dressing, combine in small bowl about 2/3 c. mayonnaise and enough vinegar to make dressing thin but not watery. Add spicy brown mustard to taste. Stir into salad.
