12 oz. sweet Italian sausage
12 oz. hot Italian sausage
1/4 c. butter
2 c. heavy cream
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 cup dry white cooking wine (alcohol will cook off!)
2 tbs. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz. uncooked pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the sausage casings. Brown the sausage in the butter in a large skillet. Remove the sausage with a slotted spoon and drain the skillet.

Add the cream, tomato paste, wine, parsley, nutmeg, and half the Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir to deglaze. Add the sausage. Simmer for 3 or 4 min.

Cook pasta per package instructions. Combine pasta with 2 tbs. of the sauce and remaining cheese. Toss to coat. Pour remaining sauce over the top.
