1 lb. coarsely ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 or 2 chili pods, ground (optional)
1/3 c. catsup
1 can (24 oz.) chili beans
1 c. Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown meat and onions. Add water, red pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, ground chili pods, and catsup. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 min. Add chili beans and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and serve.
