Directions:
Directions:
If using Rhodes dough, thaw dough as per directions (I put a little oil on the dough to keep from drying)

Separate dough into roll sized pieces and roll out thin on oiled counter. Add large spoonful of filling to center of dough. To seal pirogi, pinch and twist edges closed to make a football shape.

Cook in oil in large pan, or in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
