6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. paprika
Garlic salt or powder to taste
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream with lemon juice, salt, seasoning salt, paprika, and garlic salt or garlic powder to taste. Dip chicken breasts in sour cream mixture and place in a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine and add bread crumbs, stirring with a fork just until crumbs are coated. Sprinkle coated bread crumbs on top of chicken. Cover and bake at 325 until chicken is tender, about 1 hour. Remove cover and continue to bake for 15 to 20 min.
