2 c. cooked turkey (use left over turkey, canned or pressed turkey is not the same)
1 medium apple, chopped
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. grapes, halved
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, apples, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and grape halves. In separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ginger, and honey; mix well. Pour dressing over turkey mixture and mix lightly. Stir in pecans just before serving.
